Rise & Grind with Wake Up Breck!

It’s that time of year – time to kick off another ski and ride season at Breck! With opening day ready to roll on Friday, November 8, the annual community tradition Wake Up Breck! will take place tomorrow on Thursday, November 7. Who doesn’t love free coffee, free coffee mugs and some community spirit?

Celebrate the start of an epic winter the Breck way – with a FREE commemorative coffee mug and free cup of coffee. This Thursday’s event begins bright and early at 7 a.m., until all free mugs run out.

Where can you snag a free cup of joe and a mug? Starting at 7 a.m., stop by one of the below coffee shops for all the early morning festivities –

• Starbucks
• Clint’s Bakery & Coffee House
• Daylight Donuts
• The Coffee Depot at Main Street Station
• Cuppa Joe’s
• The Crown
• Cabin Coffee of Breckenridge

Once you’re charged up on caffeine, be sure to post your mug on social with the hashtag #BreckEffect. And make sure to only hand-wash your new mug, to preserve the unique cork bottom!

Don’t forget – you can also start your ski season with a bit of good karma by participating in Epic Promise’s ‘Cans for Coffee’ Drive. On behalf of Epic Promise, for the second year Breckenridge Ski Resort will be collecting cans of food and non-perishable items at all coffee shop locations during Wake Up Breck! Bring food cans for donation to the Family & Intercultural Resource Center (FIRC) local food bank. Vail Resorts Epic Promise is committed to helping our resort communities thrive by partnering with critical local organizations to make an impact, and the ‘Cans for Coffee’ initiative offers a great and easy way to give back locally in Summit County.
