Conditions Update: January Recap and Looking Ahead to February

January Review
Needless to say it has been a good January at Breck. After receiving more than seven feet of snow, we are top to bottom from peaks to parks 100% open.
The biggest powder day of January was the 10th, when we woke and saw 17 inches on the snow stake. There were also more than a handful of days with 5 inches plus.
After enjoying all the powder, we caught a clear day to join Breck Park’s Crew in unveiling the 22′ superpipe and some new jumps in Freeway Terrain Park. It was a great morning watching the guys and gals test out the new features.
