Breckenrige Terrain Updates with Benji Farrow

Dec. 21, 2016 Update

The Imperial SuperChair, North America’s highest chairlift began spinning today. Sitting at 12,480 ft above sea level, Imperial now lets skiers and boarders go from the top to bottom of Peak 8.

Last week was amazing! We were hit by a storm which dropped off 35″ of snow in just over 7 days, opened some of our high alpine terrain, T-Bar & 6 Chair as well as getting Rocky Mountain Super Chair running over on Peak 7! We we’re lucky enough to have Breck Athlete Benji Farrow join us and take us on a tour of the mountain and enjoy some of the fresh snow.

As of Today we have 1436 acres open, 75 trails and 15 lift spinning.

More terrain is opening daily, and all peaks should be open by the Holidays! We’ve already had over 6ft of snow fall in the month of December, and we’ve still got some time to add onto that total before the new year.
