Breck’s Chili Cook Off 2016
It is that time again! Time for Seven’s Restaurant annual Chili Cook Off competition at the base of Peak 7.
Get fired up to taste ten of Breck’s finest chili’s! We have nine chefs and teams from all over the mountain and restraunts at Breck set up to compete for the top chili master title. The Overlook’s Joshua Nelson looks to defend his 2015 title by bringing back his signature white chicken chili! You can also expect ingredients such as pork, bison, green chili, chorizo, wild game, and duck!
With nine unique chili recipes, comes 5 different beer pairings to cool off spicier mixes or pair up with flavorful offerings: Stella, Avalanche, Goose Island IPA, Elysian Dragons Tooth, and Shock Top.
With chili, beer, a live DJ and good friends, the patio at Seven’s will be the place to hang out under the sun on this spring Sunday afternoon. The chili cook off cost $25 for 21+ aged chili connoisseurs (Beer pairings included) and $18 for under 21 aged participants.
