Spring Fever Events April 18 – 24

Come celebrate the end of the ski season with the biggest party in the Rocky Mountain region! The 2015-16 season in Breckenridge won’t end without a bang, and the ending events come nothing short of amazing. Whether you’re in the mood to challenge yourself by entering The Imperial Challenge, or if you just want to relax and enjoy some barbecue after hitting the slopes — the last few events of Breck Spring Fever are what you’re looking for!

The Imperial Challenge

Saturday, April 23

The 2016 Imperial Challenge is the most unique pseudo-triathlon anywhere! It’s coming into its 25th year, and participants are eager to take on the race year after year! Ride your bike 6 miles from the Breckenridge Rec Center to the base of Peak 8 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Ascend on your choice of gear to either the top of the T-bar (Sport Course 2500’) or to the top of Peak 8 (Expert Course 3000’). Visit mavsports.com for details including past results!

Time: Runners start at 9:15am, cyclists start at 10:00am

Season-End Celebration

Location: Peak 8, Ski Hill Grill patio
Time: 11:00am to 2:00pm

Celebrate the end of an amazing season with our Closing Day Bar-B-Que! Grab your favorite cowboy hat and other Western wear and join the party! The Ski Hill Grill will be offering a variety of BBQ items, drink specials, a mechanical bull and music on the patio.

Price: $14.50/person
Choice of: Whole Roasted Beef Steamship (at a carving station) or Smoked and Grilled BBQ Chicken
