Spring Fever events March 27 – April 3

We’re getting ready for the second week of Spring Fever to begin here in Breck, and we couldn’t be more excited for the events to begin! Here’s what’s coming up for Spring Fever March 27 – April 3. You won’t want to miss these great events!

Sunrise On-Mountain Easter Service

Date: March 27, 2016

Time: 6:00am upload chairlift – service starts at 6:30am and will run for about 45 minutes
Location: Quicksilver SuperChair to TenMile Station for service

Are you looking for one of the most spectacular settings for this year’s Easter Service? Look no further as Breck has just the place! Join us at our special mountain location for sunrise service Easter morning. The group will load take the Quicksilver SuperChair from the base of Peak 9 to the free service. Leave your skis, though – they won’t be allowed on the lift this time. Be sure to dress warmly, especially for the chair ride up the mountain.

On Mountain Kids’ Easter Egg Hunt

Date: March 27, 2016

Location: Breckenridge Peak 8 and 9 base areas

Time: 9:30am

Easter is almost upon us! And that means Breck will host a variety of Easter egg hunts across Peaks 8 and 9. The Easter Bunny has hidden eggs on Peaks 8 and 9, just in time for our Easter celebration! Join us for an amazing morning of egg hunting before getting your ski day started. A protected area will be open and monitored for the children to hunt for eggs.

Spring Fever Park Jam

Date: April 1

Breck is the place to be, especially Friday afternoons during Spring Fever. Breck will host Park Jams in Freeway and Park Lane! You don’t want to miss out on access to some great spring laps – plus free hot dogs! Who doesn’t love a free hot dog? There will also be jam-style contests with season pass and Go Pro giveaways – plus tons of other great prizes. It sounds like a win-win to us.

Mtn Dew Spring Open

Date: Saturday, April 2, 2016

Time: 7:30 to 8:30am – Check-in at TBar
8:45 to 9:45am – Open Practice
10:15am – Event Start (Double-up format)
3:00pm – Awards at TBar (time is approximate based on competition)

Do you want to show your stuff alongside professional athletes on a big stage? Or, do you want to cheer on your buddies as they impress the judges? This is your chance! This all-new slopestyle competition, sponsored by Mountain Dew, is coming to Breck for the second Saturday of Spring Fever. Athletes will compete at Breck’s Park Lane Triple Jump Line, and cash prizes will be awarded for best run in each category. Come join the after party at TBar and enjoy après with fellow competition-goers. Registration is $30.
