Join the Weather Channel LIVE in Breck on Sept. 25

Come out and join in the fun and enjoy the fall colors as The Weather Channel broadcasts live from Breck at 5am on Friday, September 25.
Breckenridge Ski Resort, the Breckenridge Tourism Office and the Town of Breckenridge are proud to host AMHQ with Sam Champion live from the Blue River Plaza in Breckenridge, early Friday morning, Sept. 25, from 5-8am. The Weather Channel’s morning show and two hosts, Sam Champion and Jim Cantore, will broadcast all three hours of the show live from Breck and feature several local businesses and personalities throughout the national broadcast.
“With fall colors at their peak and winter on its way – Breck is the perfect spot to highlight the kickoff of fall across the country while also giving a preview of upcoming ski season, said Weather Channel producer, Steve Petyerak. “Our destination shows like this are meant to be fun and interactive, therefore we’d love to have community out to join us Friday morning to add some energy to the live show.”
Those wishing to come out and join the fun are welcome at the Blue River Plaza from 4:45am – 8am; the broadcast goes live at 5am.
