Run of the Day: The Snowflake Loop [video]

For today’s Run of the Day, we explore one of Breck’s hidden nook trails. Ski between houses, over bridges, and ride through the shaky mouse trap!

Skiing Breck as a kid growing up, I always found enjoyment in skiing the odd, off the beaten path trails. Of these, skiing down Snowflake and riding one of Breck’s most unique chair lifts back up was one of my favorites.

Start by skiing Four O’ Clock to Crosscut, and then Lower Sawmill to a left on Snowflake. This mellow green run will take you past scenic picnic spots, through wooded neighborhoods, and traversing over bridges on your skis!
