Breck’s got new snow!

After a week of sun and warm temperatures, winter decided it was not yet done with Breck and rolled through to deposit a fresh 4 inches of snow on the mountain.

After the storm’s short lived appearance in town last night, the sun once again came out this morning to play, making for some ideal bluebird conditions up towards the summit of Peak 8.

We got out on Imperial SuperChair this morning to take a run down the looker’s left side of Whale’s Tail. What we found was 4 inches of fast, soft powder turns down a wide-open bowl. Don’t believe us? See for yourself!
