Women’s Ski Programs at Breck
Ladies, it is time to take the mountain by storm! Introducing Her Mountain: a program dedicated to helping women get the most out of our mountain town in the best way we know how – by providing a welcoming, supportive, fun, and friendly place to improve skiing or snowboarding skills, meet new friends, and take the stress out of planning a family vacation. With Her Mountain, we’re offering five new Ski School programs tailored to women plus fun events, great stories, and helpful insights.
Check out the programs below, meet some new girlfriends, and find fun, new, exciting ways to make your time spent at Breck go down in the history books.
- Ladies First Ultimate 4: Capping out at a maximum of four women per class, the Ladies First program is tailored towards a more individual, small group mentality ski lesson where the guys get kicked out from Feb.14 to Feb. 22. You will get personalized attention from our experienced female ski instructors and learn new skills as you grow as a group.
- Women’s Camps: Ready to step up the skier game with the gals and start leaving the boys in the dust? Breck’s Women’s Ski Camps are a great way to take your skiing or snowboarding to the next level. Our staff of female coaches will break groups down by ability, so you can chase your girlfriends down the bumps in this fun, high-energy atmosphere.
- Women & Wine: We all like to march to the beat of our own drum, and for many, a full-day lesson just doesn’t have the right sound. For those who wish to dabble but not indulge, our Women & Wine class is for you! Starting at 1:15pm every Wednesday, this $69 lesson will give you great instruction followed by a complimentary glass of wine for après as you reflect on your great day and watch the sun dip behind Peak 8.
- Bombshells: This class was created solely for the moms of our Breck Bombers and BAM shredders. Drop off your child, grab a coffee and get in some quick instruction as your child does the same in their program. Running from 10am to 1pm, this perfectly timed lesson is a great way to utilize the most of your time on the mountain.
- Ski Girls Rock: For all the little shredder girls, Ski Girls Rock is the perfect way for your daughter to improve her skiing abilities and feel more empowered through the sport as well. This program was created by Lindsey Vonn, the most decorated American skier of all time, and is limited to four girls per group to maximize her fun and learning.
- Women’s Ski Week: For the first time in history, Breck will be holding our inaugural Women’s Ski Week from Feb.14-22 where we will kick off all our brand new women’s ski programs. As the week comes to a close, Breck Sports will hold Women’s Gear Demo Days on Feb21 and 22. Try out the newest women’s gear and find the equipment that is perfect for your needs. You are not going to want to miss this!
