Winter has come to Breckenridge [video]
The 2014-2015 winter season is shaping up to be one for the books! Along with a few dustings on the summits during the last few weeks, Breckenridge received about 1-2 inches of snow last night; even down in the valley on Main Street. The aspens, while absolutely stunning this fall season, are starting to drop their leaves and the colorful Colorado we know is taking on it’s familiar white blanket.
Ripperoo, as you can imagine, is ecstatic with the new snow. He had an awesome summer hiking, riding his bike, and livin’ it up at the Breck Summer Fun Park. This morning, Rip decided it was time to put that bike away and bust out his skis. He knows that this rainy fall is giving way to an incredible early season, and he wants to be ready of all the snow coming our way.
Boone, a Breckenridge local pup, was still inside Rip’s house finishing his morning coffee. Rest assured, he’ll be out frolicking in the freshies all day today.
