Town of Breckenridge implements new plastic bag policy

In an effort to help the environment by decreasing plastic bag usage by our visitors and locals, the Town of Breckenridge just launched a new policy where every plastic bag sold in town will cost $0.10.

If you’re in the grocery store or at your favorite boutique, expect to be charged $0.10 for each bag you use. Lodging properties around town will be providing reusable bags and other bags are available to purchase in different retailers.
