There’s nothing better than cheers-ing to an epic day of skiing and riding. These Breck après scenes serve up a variety of vibes and sustenance, and are prime for soaking in our spectacular mountain-vista views.


The Maggie

At the base of Peak 9 and steps from the Quicksilver chairlift, The Maggie is a ski-in go-to for live music, burgers, slopeside beers and bloody marys on a sunny springtime patio. Families with kids wrapping up lessons and those with tired legs from shredding Peaks 9 and 10 all day swoop down to this buzzing hub to warm up, watch the sun dip and gather around the full-service bar for daily après happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. When you’re done toasting the day, step outside and walk a few easy blocks to lively Main Street.

Gravity Haus

This ultra hip spot opened in December 2019 as a hotel and social club at the base of Peak 9. Take the elevator to the second level for the mountain chic Cabin Juice restaurant and bar, and indulge in high-end craft cocktails and family-style dishes from rotating seasonal menus. Nosh on small plates of grilled squid and blistered shishitos and be sure to check out the hilarious lineup of “Dumb and Dumber”-inspired cocktails—the No It’s a Cardigan, But Thanks for Noticing is delish with rye, ginger and molé bitters.

The T-Bar

The T-Bar’s sprawling slope-facing patio is home to Breckenridge’s all-day après scene. Expect lots of goggle tanners, awesome people-watching, upbeat music and huge frosty pints of Colorado microbrews. Inside, the large wood-accented restaurant and bar hums with high energy and occasional raucous afternoon DJs and dance parties. This is the epicenter of spring break action just steps from the free BreckConnect Gondola and Peak 8 chairlifts.

Pioneer Crossing

Before you call it a day and ski back down to the base, pop into this Peak 7 beauty for a hot toddy and a bite to eat. Hop off the Independence SuperChair at the top of Peak 7 and mosey in for contemporary western ambiance, chef specialty stations and upscale campfire dishes. Colorado-sourced ingredients shine through in hearty shepherd’s pie and bison chili. Belly up in the 50-person Broken Spoke bar and peruse the on-mountain tavern’s inventive libations menu before the friendly hangout closes at 3 p.m.

Sevens

Visit the full-service restaurant inside the Grand Lodge at the base of Peak 7 for mountain modern cuisine. Enjoy some of the best wood-fired pizza around or pick up savory handheld chicken munchies from The Coop express window. Adirondack chairs line the edge where the expansive patio meets the mountain snow, providing the ideal kick-back spot at the end of a sunny spring day. Watch the sun turn pink from 10,010 feet before heading down to town on the BreckConnect Gondola.

Quandary Grille

On those days when you just can’t wait for après, Quandary is there to get the party started at 2 p.m. The daily happy hour hub is conveniently situated in town just steps from Peak 9 next to Maggie Pond. Stretch out on the sunny patio, play a round of bag toss and take in snowcapped Ten Mile Range views. Score deals on draft beer, wine, cocktails and yummy apps, including Quandary’s famous nachos and hot cheesy spinach artichoke dip.
